The audience for my print production as ive already planned would be of the ages 14-30. The pop genre is popular in these ages. Any lower than the age of 14 would restrict the magazine production and would have to appeal to these ages and wouldnt be able to be as sophisticated as ive made it to be. I would use the audience type of abc1 - c2de as magazines are cheap and doesnt often affect the socio-classes of society, yet my magazine would uphold a sophisticated layout attracting the abc1 type class. As i researched earlier that the three largest magazine sales are male magazines, female magazines and tv and entertainment magazines, therefore i came up with the theory to combine all three to broaden the spectrum of who we are appealing to. The magazine wouldnt specifically appeal to the pop soft rock fans and would instead involve other aspects of music features to attract wider audiences. By offering "new music" features every week it offers somethng for everyone to enjoy. with the slogan ive used "music ... life ... style" it offers much more than music appealing to the wider audiences.
